The Atara Nevel
THE ATARA NEVEL played by Shoshanna Harrari
"The sound of the harp joins heaven and earth"
The Atara Nevel made from Israeli Rosewood with Rose Carvings.
Height 28" 72 cm.
In Hebrew, there are five words that express the concept of ‘Crown’. Atara is considered to be the highest expression, the name for the divine crown that a person receives when they ascend to the heavenly world. By virtue of the care, prayer, attention to detail, and love that we put into our work we chose to call this harp the Atara Nevel as a symbol of its exceptional level of quality...Temple quality...

The Hebrew Aleph-Bet
According to the sages, G-d created the world by singing it into existence with the twenty-two mystical letters of the Hebrew Aleph-Bet. With the addition of these holy Hebrew letters hand-carved onto the soundboard along the strings, a new musical dimension opens…
All of our exquisite carvings of beautiful images, Scripture Verses, and other designs are done by hand by our master carver, Yeffim Levine.
Symbolic settings in brass can be mounted on the Crown of the harp or elsewhere (e.g. on the Shoulder, Wings, etc.).
The Stones of the Twelve Tribes
During the time of the Temple ceremonies, the High Priest wore a special breastplate inlaid with twelve stones, each representing one of the tribes of Israel. In this tradition, we offer semi-precious stones that are known to be associated with the Twelve Tribes inlaid in silver or gold.
Painting & Caligraphy
All artwork is done by hand, making each harp unique and individual.

“My Atara Nevel Harp becomes more dear to me every day. I'm so grateful to you for making these wonderful instruments,
